Abstract EN

This research addresses "The legitimate Impediment of Syntactic and Morphological Measurement".

It aims to argue the impact of the legitimate impediment in syntactical and morphological rules after the investigation of the grammarians' attitudes towards it.

This study relies on inductive, descriptive, and analytic approach.

In general, this research found that the most grammarians did not justify the legitimate impediment of syntactical and morphological measurement.

However, the first one who justified it was Abu Ishaq Al Shatibi, even if it was preceded by signals and hints of Abi Ali Al Farisi and Ibn Al Hajeb.

The research proved that the legitimate impediment did not affect its release in syntactic positioning, just in limited issues that did not influence the origin of the rule.

However, the issues which the impact of justification validity revealed the legitimate impediment in syntactical and morphological measurement was the issue of calling the Nobel name ( Allah) and (Al Rahman) by hey (Ayoha) or this (Hatha) and the matter of use the conjunction 'and' (Waw) in ''and your feet'', (warjulakum .(Keywords: impedimentlegitimate- measurement - syntax- morphology
