The Information Revolution and Contemporary Communication Technologies have enabled educational institutions to create innovative learning environments that stimulate learners and enhance teaching and learning, Which enabled the emergence of different types of education, the latest of which is the Blended learning, which is based on the confusion between traditional education and elearning The Blended learning can be seen as one of the new generations of education, which means the integration of e-learning and traditional education.
