During his last years, novel writing in the world, keeps more know of the huge transformations that have affected sometimes what is still considered to be a legacy.

What prompted the researchers to take other paths, in order to get to nknow more about the different aspects of the literary language.

In this article, we chose one of the novels of the arabic algerian writer habib sayah, death in Oran, in what we tried to put the light on his own writing language, with the intention to discover its style, which consist one the action to innovate what is relative to the modern novel.

This throught a deep and analysis responsible, in order to reach the reality of the speech of the modernism in algeria novel written in arabic.
