Abstract EN

This paper aims at demonstrating the great importance of the knowledge team as a strategic and effective resource in applying the principles of knowledge managment in contemporary business organizations.

In order to achieve this, three main dimensions of the knowledge team have been adopted: knowledge managers, knowledge makers and knowledge workers, The study was conducted through an interview form that included 138 items.

The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the questionnaire data.

Knowledge managers apply the principles of knowledge management at the level of the Algerian institution.
