In This study , we propose an approach to morphology The moral purposes in the Maliki jurisprudence in all its dimensions Epistemological, and cognitive, through which the methodological problem that establishes ethical values intersects With the practical problems, and its various distributions, and the attempt to build the conceptual foundation of the purposes of morality.

Philosophers of maliki were aware of the importance of moral discourse ;as the basis upon which the life of a Muslim is built, therefore ,the ethics occupied a great place and took the space of the most important in their composition.

And what is needed in the discourse of jurisprudence after the process of theoretical foundation, which accompanied the limits of knowledge that we are now looking for applied foundation.

The combination of theory and practice remains an important work ,and this is what we miss in the old books.

In a world of moral turbulence ,the importance of rooting for Islamic ethics becomes urgent for a kind of intellectual balance.

The crisis of problematic ethics that everyone is still seeking to salve.

In this study we call for a revision of the discourse of ethics practiced in the books of jurisprudence because it is about the jurisprudence on the basis of the simple nature of taboos and away from the discourse that combines the spirit and the essence, and perhaps the elimination of this ,in my opinion, remains dependent on the disposal of this speech and replace by side of makassed.

And malikya most doctrines doctrinal use of the purposes all stimulate research t search for and extracted form the books of jurisprudence.
