Abstract EN

The purpose of the study is to investigate the level of mindfulness and self-efficacy among a sample of education of faculty at Al-Dawadmi governorate.

Further, exploring the relationship between mindfulness and self-efficacy of those students.

The researcher developed two scales in mindfulness and self-efficacy, the sample of the study consisted of (1540 students of the education of faculty.

The sample of the study showed that there is a high level of mindfulness at the level of (0.93) and a level of self- efficacy at (0.97).

Moreover, there is a significant statistical correlation relationship between mindfulness and self efficacy at the level of (0.01).
