Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the suitability both quantitative Easing policy and Islamic Sukuk, to financing government spending in Algeria under current financial crisis, through presentation and analysis evolution government spending in Algeria during period 2000-2017, and exploring expected effects of adoption each of quantitative easing policy and sukuk in government spending, through presentation and analysis international experiences, we determined that most suitable sukuk compared quantitative easing policy to finance government spending in Algeria, with the necessity taking into account several requirements and challenges.
