Algeria has changed the economic approach by adopting the free economy, which was affirmed by the 1989 Constitution and then devoted to the legal arsenal that emerged in response to it.

This transformation was accompanied by the great scientific and technological development of the manufacturing industry in the countries of the world and the invasion of companies in the international markets.
