Abstract EN

The research aims to show the features of facilitating in the jurisprudence in one of the most famous researchers of Ibadism School, Abu Said El-Kodami, through his immense jurisprudential publications, They were represented in three major resources; ‘El-Motabre’ , ‘Ezziadete’ and ‘El-Djawabate’.

The researcher deduced that ‘Abu Said’ took into consideration this principle in many of his jurisprudential works.

It is one of the things that made him gave the right fatwa in case of contradiction, besides of being as an important principle should be taken in account in fatwa to the mature, so, each mature Moslim will have his judgment of facilitating or severity according to his own case.

As well as, the hardship can affect facilitating on tribulation and avoidance of difficulty.
