Abstract EN

Talking about Arabic sociology or sociology in Arabic world requires to know about situations and circumstances that led to appearance in its first environment, Europe.

We should also take into consideration the causes that led to its transition to the Arabic world and its development since nearly a century.

The first Arabic contact with western sociology was since Napoleon invasion to Egypt 1798.

The latter event represented a big impact on different spheres in society.

In fact, imitating others had an effect on different sectors, like: economy, administration, justice, education, culture… etc .

Thus, this study tries to show how Sociology moved to the Arabic world and what are the different obstacles which led to unsatisfactory results shown
