This study focused on religious diversity in Nigeria, And its impact on the issue of national construction; in Nigeria there are Ancient traditional religions, that are associated with animal worship, or other things , And The Islamic religion believed by most of the Hausa tribes in the north , As for Christianity came with colonialism and then spread in the coastal areas in the south.This diversity and difference had many implications and was reflected on the question of nation-building after independence, especially as it developed mostly into religious conflicts that hampered nation-building.
