Abstract EN
The purpose of this paper is to address the ways in which multidimensional institutions influence the performance of the labor market and to create institutional quality determinants.
And through our study we found that the institutional change that determines the performance of the labor market, shows that the process of economic and political reforms (the levels of political liberty, protection of property rights) under the liberal system, which imposed destructive reforms on informal institutions, especially in developing countries, where levels of development are still inadequate and unequal there are no positive effects.
