Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of organizational support among the employees at the Company of Al-Brega for Oil Marketing in Benghazi through the following dimensions: (organizational justice, conduct of the leaders in support of subordinates, participation in decision-making, support and assertiveness among workers).

The study also aimed to identify the level of innovation management in the company under study through the following dimensions: (administration innovation, technical innovation, Ancillary innovation), besides identifying the nature of the influential relationship of the organizational support to innovation management.

The study followed the case study method to achieve its objectives.

Based on that, the researcher developed a questionnaire based on some previous studies, which they were sure of their validity and reliability coefficient.

The study population included all employees at the above mentioned company, totaling (1090) employees, and in order to determine the sample size, the researcher has relied on krejcie and Morgan table (1970), and the sample size was found to be (287) employees selected by the simple random sample method.

After the distribution of the questionnaire, (189) valid forms were retrieval for a statistical analysis, which was done by computerized method using a statistical software program provided in the (SPSS).

The reached results are summarized as follows: The study revealed that the overall level of organizational support among the employees at the company under study came high.

It also showed that the overall level of innovation management came high too.

Moreover, the study showed a significant effect for statistical organizational support on innovation management at a level of significance (1%).

It also showed that the coefficient of determination of the organizational support model on innovation management interpreted by (59.80%) of the variance in the practice of innovation management , while (40.20%) of the value changes due to other variables.

It turns out to notice that the most organizational support dimension which has an impact on the level of innovation management represented in the dimension of 'the organizational justice'.

Finally, the study provided a set of recommendations that will hopefully be followed for the sake of enhancing the level of organizational support and to strengthen the management innovation at the company of Al-Brega oil Marketing in Libya.
