Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to determine the impact of information technology on knowledge management.

That is why the two researchers have selected a random sample of 150 workers from the community of study which is represented by the number of faculty staff, administrators and technicians in the Faculty of Economics ,University Mohammed Khiedhar ,Biskra ,- Algeria ., the study found that information technology affect: organizational culture, and organizational structure, as well as organizational leadership where information technology in the Faculty of Economics contributes to: facilitating the exchange of information among researchers inside and outside the faculty, storing the information for reference when needed and providing modern and appropriate technological means.
