This article aims to highlight the importance of determining factors and processes of bankruptcy within an economic entity.

Knowing that the optimal solution to avoid bankruptcy scenario is based on detecting factors in suitable times.

We put our attention on standardized process of bankruptcy as a dynamic and integral conception that contains origins, causes and symptoms of bankruptcy.

We try to present a global conception of solutions for enterprise and mechanism to its application.

We conclude that preventive approach is important to avoiding bankruptcy in companies by strengthening prevention mechanisms.
