Abstract EN

The study tackled the role of leadership change as a method to cope with the requirements of the knowledge economy in the Ain Batouh cement complex.

We tried to focus on two elements, the first of which is the role of leadership of change in the formation of teams of varied skills (academic, creative thinking, practical experience, ) To meet the requirements of the knowledge economy with high flexibility, while the second element focused on trying to lead change.

Cultivate the culture of change by following the approach of empowering workers to build a knowledge society.

The study sample consists of 82 employees.

The spss program was used in statistical analysis.
