Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the effect of applying the total quality dimensions on the performance of human resources in the Algerian public banks operating in the state of Skikda.
The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 117 workers.
and after analysis using the results of the spss program have shown that there is an application of average degree of principles and dimensions of the total quality, and of the workers' performance was very high.
In addition, there was a significant relationship between the dimensions of Total quality management and the performance of the working individuals.
