The article aims at clarify the meaning of the concept of economic emergence.
It is also important to be aware that the true objective of developing nations is fueled by the desire to converge towards the developed ones.
It is therefore important to study the relationships linking the concept of economic emergence and development.
With Algeria; we tried to obtain a consensus on the understanding of the concepts in order to better fit into a logic of development strategy in the face of the stakes of achieving sustained economic growth and promoting sustainable development
