Abstract EN

This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of the higher education new system (LMD) in Algeria and its compatibility with the quality assurance system standards at Mohamed Boudiaf-M’sila University.

The study reached a set of results, inwhich the most significant result was that the new system (LMD) has an effective framework, which contributes to achieving the university's devlopmental goals.

This system adapts to the international education standards and corresponds -in its outputs -the globally applicable systems; then it is an effective system for applying the quality assurance system standards.
