The commercial organizations in this Market set fourth the matters plain to the Qutbanian merchants-the privileges rights, as well as the duties upon them.
They were exempt of taxes on pease.
They had the priorities in contracting commercial deals which are established upon certain conventions that based on the laws of their country.
These laws had encouraged the Qutbanian retailers to compel the wholesalers to sale them what they need of goods.

It contained a large number of shops and a large piece of land.
Besides it had an observer who observed and organized the processes of selling and buying, and collecting the taxes that are imposed on the merchants.
