The science of Pausing and Resuming occupies a prominent position among the Quran sciences.
This research sheds light on one of the earlier sources of this honorable science.
In this research, the author reviews the life of Ahmad bin Ja'far Al Dinouri and his scientific position.
This research is also concerned with tracing his views on pausing and resuming in different sources, and it tries to indicate to his approach and terms in such views, as well as showing the scholars' situations toward his views
