This research presents the town of Ula in the northwest of the Arabian Peninsula, which belongs to the Medina area in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at present through the writings of a German traveler Julius Oeteng who visited the town days of the month of Jumada I of 1301 April 1884.
The visits and writings of the travelers came from the town of Al-Ula to provide an important historical material about the town and its general political, economic and social conditions.
The researcher tried to comment on this trip to get as far as possible historical and scientific reading of the history of the town through this trip
