The success of change is not alwaysguaranteed, as manystudies have pointed out thatmany change projects have failed and have not reached the desiredresults due to manyreasons, including the resistance of individuals to change.

Therefore, thisresearchaims to shed light on the concept of thisphenomenon, ieresistance to change, and thentry to find out its causes, on the premisethat knowledge of the causes is a motive for the success of change, and then to know the results, and finally to know the strategies and methodsused to addressthem in order to achieve the desired goals of change.
