Abstract EN

This study aims at clarifying the various Shari'ah controls governing the issuance and Trading of Sukuks and the extent to which these controls are applied in practice.

The study concluded that the sukuk controls differ according to the types of sukuk, the stage of the project, the nature of the company's activity, but in practice these rules are not strictly observed.
