Abstract EN

The study aimed to focus on problems and obstacles facing E-commerce in Palestine from the perspective of the business sector in Hebron.

The main result in this study revealed, there is a several problems and obstacles facing e-commerce in the country of Palestine.

The most important of these obstacles are: the focus on the traditional business, and the absence of a sound base and a clear strategy for the adoption of e-commerce in the Palestinian companies.

The most important recommendations made by the study is the need to enact laws and legislation to regulate ecommerce, in order to protect the interests of both the consumer and the product and to disseminate the culture of e-commerce, through the business sector.
