The research mainly aims at studying the problems faced by the physically disabled dimensions (economic- educational- psychological-social- family- medical -rehabilitation) and their relationship to the quality of life dimensions (health, social, psychological, environmental, religious).

and it included a sample on the (120) of physically disabled (12-20 years), from (Menoufia, Giza, Cairo) Governorate, it consisted of general tool data form for physically disabled and his family, and a questionnaire problems faced by the physically disabled dimensions (economic- educational- psychological- social- family- medical -rehabilitation), and a questionnaire quality of life dimensions (health, social, psychological, environmental, religious), was chosen as the study sample Object-way psoriasis data were collected by personal interview, after data collection and tablation was discharged and tablated and analyzed statisically using the SPSS program.

And keep track of this study descriptive analytical method.

There is a negative correlation between the total score of the problems with their various aspects (economic- educational- psychological- social- Family- Medical- rehabilitation) and the total score for quality of life aspects(health-social- psychological-environmental religious), There is correlation between some of the social and economic variables (number of family members,, the educational status of the disabled, household income) and the problems facing the disabled physically with their various aspects and quality of life with its various aspects.

There are differences statistically significant in the problems facing the physically handicapped and quality of life according to the gender.

The study recommended Urging institutions to change the negative attitudes of the society, provide support and follow-up in the fields of health, education and integration in society and application of their special laws and training them to the work that suits their abilities.
