Abstract EN

The administrative changes represent one of the problems that encounter the researchers in the studies of human , especially demographic and constructional , geography because of the inability to use their inconsistent data .

Such inconsistency is due to the heterogeneity of their units as regards area over the selected sequence of time .

Consequently , the preparation of the final or detailed maps of the country with their administrative nominations , which includes the largest division on the ones that are smaller in area up to the smallest spatial units , and which accompany the census during its preparation , implementation and publication is very useful for the setting of accurate demographic maps compatible with the changes that extend over a sequence of time through which they occurred , and in a way that makes the temporal and spatial comparisons correct .

The problem of the present study is embodied in the fact thatthe administrative map of any country in the world is subject to changes in its borders or the borders of its administrative
