Abstract EN

The goal of this study is to identify the differences in the workers’ work values in Bechar’s National Establishment for Industrial Vehicles, in light of professional experience and professional rank variables.

In order to achieve the aim of this study, a measure of work values was applied to a sample of (50) workers, in addition to the adoption of the mark after verifying its validity and stability.

The findings shows that there are differences in, economic, social and belonging work values due to the variable experience, and there were no differences in work pride, promotion and the motivation achievement value due to the variable experience.

Moreover, there are also differences in the value of work pride, economic, social, motivation achievement and belonging work values due to the professional rank variable, and there were no differences in the promotion pursuit value due to the professional grade variable.

The results showed differences in economic, social, motivation achievement and belonging work values due to the interaction between the experience and professional rank variables, and there were no differences in the work pride and promotion values due to interaction.
