This research is important through its reflectness on the problem that disturb the authorities of urban planning in the city of Buraidah, which has been seen in the growing of a numbers of slums on the outskirts of the city’s organizational chart, which has imposed itself as a reality that has become an imperative need to ideal with the required courses of urban development and urban, in the city of Buriadah.

The phenom-enon is of large importance to the extent That it took great cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca and Medina, and other cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The problem of research and development in a number of slums on the outskirts of the city of Buraidah, including senior and district of Oalya and Al-Gamasiyah .
