The duration of the extended contract is the basis of the descriptive theory in determining the nature of the extended contract, not considering that the length of the extended contract is a pillar in the extended contract, but rather as a description of the extended contract and the term after it is a description of the extended contract.
The term of the extended contract shall be deemed to be the period in which the obligations arising from the contract during which the contract extends or thereafter shall be a condition determining the manner in which the obligations of the contract.
