Abstract EN

This article aims at revealing the psychological and aesthetic function of the repetition in the Islamic poet Omar Baha al-Din-Amiri’s poem “With Allah”, in an attempt to identify this stylistic phenomenon.

The article also identifies these two functions, which reflected the psychological and emotional side of the poet, in addition to the aesthetic side of the poem according to repetition.

This latter, highlight the idea stored inside the poet psyche.

It also highlights the aesthetic aspect that occurs within the poetic text because of the structural harmony and rhythmic and proportionality and interrelation between the parts of the text.

This is why this article has stopped exposed these two functions and the role of each in the development of this poem, after the theoretical prelude to this stylistic phenomenon.
