Abstract EN

The attainment in ‘’el hamz’’ is to give its right in the pronunciation; on the other hand, there is attenuation.This phonetic change was the feature of Arabic accents and it is a distinguished phenomenon.

As the holy Koran descended in the Arabic language ,we find, in its continual readings “el hamz’’ which is considered as one of the origins of the reading and we can feel this phonetic variety.so this study aims at explaining this phoneme and search in its history ,formation, and outlets to ancient and contemporary , because it has occupied a very important space in ancient as well as recent linguistic studies, its outlet difficulty, and its strength characteristics, and even changing it ,sometimes, to a soft sound so as to make its pronunciation easy.

This study is trying to connect between the problem and its reason to say.

Mentioning the phonetic problems and what happened to this sound in terms of change, in especially Koran’s readings.

Even to what the tongue of Arabic tribes was accustomed to as soon as they treated ‘’el hamza’’ without forgetting the recent phonetics points of view.
