Abstract EN

This research aims at shedding the light on the purposes of the Qur'anic discourse found in Surat - Al-Nour - filled with social ethics that illuminate the path of the Muslim and assigns his life to a high position according to Allah and among his community.

Because the believer sighs, reassures and relaxes when he reads the Qur’an.He also relaxes for the chastity and purity, whereas, he is disgusted by obscenity, mistrust, and accusation.

This Surat- laid out plans, decrees and limitations, on which the Muslim should follow, and whoever transgresses them, has wronged him and offered her destruction, and indignation.

Thus, he won’tguarantee the punishment of Allah in this life and the in Hereafter.

Therefore, in this modest research, I have seen some of the dizziness that I saw important to explain, and to show the ways of treatment for the one I have introduced.

One of the worst sins is adultery, which corrupts and destroys families, and society as a whole.

The morals and values that I wanted to mention in this study, are: Asking for permission and its ethics, and turning a blind eye that protects the owner from committing sins.

I divided my research into two sections:The first topic dealt with the definition of concepts and terminology of these keywords across four lines.

The second implication: it showed some of the principles and purposes found in Surat al-Nour, and also in demands.
