Abstract EN

The diversification of electronic banking services and their attention to quality, has become one of the most important approaches, to increasing the performance and competitiveness of banks by increasing spending on electronic banking technology and paying attention to training and qualifying the human element to accommodate these developments in the field of electronic banking services.

The objective of this study, is to seek the aspects of this issue to eliminate ambiguity about electronic payment systems and their application in commercial banks and their impact on their performance.

Based on this, we have addressed the problem and tested the hypotheses by adopting the descriptive and analytical approach in the study.

This study was conducted on the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank to see if the performance of this bank is affected by the use of electronic payment systems so that we submitted a questionnaire to employees in the bank.

we analyzed the information based on the statistical analysis program (Spss) adding to (Excel).

The use of electronic payment methods is one of the sources of improving the performance of the bank in a successful manner and at a level that ensures accomplishing its functions androles in a precise manner.
