This study aims to identify the impact of the administrative empowerment at the administrative creativity as one of the entrances to the achievement of Vision 2030 from the perspective of women leaders in the Saudi Higher Education.

It also aimed to identify the impact of demographic and functional variables such as the academic rank and the number of years of experience, age and marital status.

To achieve the objectives of the study researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach.

Data were collected by the simple random sample from women leaders in the Saudi public 17 universities by distributing an electronic questionnaire developed for this purpose.

Data were analyzed by using SPSS to extract frequencies, percentages, averages, and standard deviations, in addition to t-test, Mann Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, and simple regression analysis to determine the independent variable's effect on the dependent variable.

Cronbach alpha test was used to find the questionnaire reliability.

The study came out with a number of results, prominently the significant effect of administrative empowerment of women leaders in Saudi higher education on administrative creativity at the level of significance 0.01, and a strong positive relationship between the two variables with a correlation coefficient of 0.74.

In the light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including: providing the opportunity for women leaders in Saudi higher education to take the initiative in dealing with problems independently without reference to senior management, and to delegate powers to women leaders to handle their responsibilities.
