Abstract EN

This study examines the provisions of Islamic inheritance for women and shows the justice of the Shariah maintains their rights and proves that women are not oppressed in any case and refutes any suspicions raised about the oppression of women by the Shariah This study has shown the portion of the mother or daughter or sister or wife and that sometime she is equal to men in inheritance and its conditions, reasons as they share equally with them in certain circumstances.

She gets more than its share in many cases, when women differ in relation to the deceased.

If the man gets more than her in some cases it is because the wisdom and many secrets he when for instance is more in need than her.
