Arabic Abstract

This study has aimed at identifying the impact of knowledge management on its dimensions (knowledge generation, knowledge sharing, knowledge application, knowledge storage, knowledge diagnosis) on strategic thinking skills in their dimensions (long-term perception, systemic thinking, innovative thinking, strategic analysis) for leaderships in telecommunications companies in Jordan.

The researcher has used the descriptive analytical method.

The questionnaire was based on a questionnaire for collecting data.

The study sample has consisted of 169 employees in senior and middle management positions Jordanian Telecom Orange group in the main administration in the General Administration building and its branches in the capital Amman.

The researcher has used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program for data analysis.

He has relied on the multiple regression method to test hypotheses.

The researcher has found several recommendations, including: there is a high degree of appreciation of the responses of the sample of the study on the level of knowledge management and strategic thinking skills in the Jordanian telecom companies.

It was also found that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (α = 0.05) of knowledge management in its dimensions (knowledge generation, knowledge sharing, application of knowledge, knowledge storage, knowledge diagnosis) on strategic thinking skills in their dimensions Innovation, Strategic Analysis) mobile telecom companies.

In light of the results, the researcher recommended several recommendations, including: the need for Jordanian telecom companies to improve the level of knowledge management in some points that show a slight weakness in them because of their positive role in raising the skills of strategic thinking.
