Abstract EN

The countries of the South faced many of the modern and contemporary challenges that hindered their efforts in achieving progress and growth.

They faced external and internal challenges that hindered their development.

Most of them imposed public policies that put their priorities in the face of these challenges.

, The most prominent of which was the strategy of ("encouraging development") as one of the most important strategies to meet these challenges and access to the era of progress and great scientific development.

One of the most important experiences in the South world is the Korean development experience.

Coast development and the most prominent success factors and evaluate this experience as a model for the rest of the countries of the South, the research found the most important conclusions, including: 1-The countries of the world of the South suffer from external and internal challenges (inherited and contemporary) politically, economically and socially.

2- Some countries in the South faced these challenges with the most important strategies (the strategy of encouraging development) as an important stage to reach the developed world.

3-The Korean experience in development has been a successful model for the comprehensive development of the countries of the South to benefit from the development of their countries.

The proposal suggested a set of proposals, including: 1-The countries of the world of the South should rely on strategic planning to meet the challenges they face and in the form of five-year development plans as a first stage in order to organize the development process in calculated and rational steps away from improvisation in development planning.

2-To rely on information, data and proven evidence in the formulation of public policies to achieve the desired results of those policies, because the cycle of good policies can only take place through the information and at all stages.

3- Adopting the strategy of encouraging development as a strategic objective of any public policy pursued by the State, as it is the first step in the path of political, economic and social progress and development of any country.

4-To benefit from the South Korean development experience as a model to be followed in the development and rapid growth, and overcome the negatives that occurred by the reality of any country and in accordance with the circumstances.
