Abstract EN

The control on the local authorities is the basic components of the system of regional administrative decentralization, so numerous regulator and forms and including control on the local budget.

According to the separation of powers different kinds of supervision were created upon local budget of the province which is not organized in a region like , parliament, administrative, Judicial, or independent form of supervision .

And could be found these different types of control in the legislative basis of the constitutional rules that define in the general framework of it, and the legal rules that regulate its practice and identify the competent authority.In this research we will discuss the parliament control, administrative control, Independent oversight bodies and Judicial control ,then we will show what will come overcome from the conclusions and proposal in the final.
