Abstract EN

This study aims at determining the impact of the organizational culture on the employees’ performance at the EN.I.CA.B Company, General Cable Branch, The study population consisted of the different administrative hierarchies of the company.

A questionnaire was designed and distributed on a random sample of 229 employees Through the random sample of 229 employees.

The results obtained showed that there is a statistically significant effect of the organizational culture on employees’ performance in EN.I.CA.B, The level of organizational culture at EN.I.CA.B was average, , as the weighted average performance of workers was 3.246, but The employees’ performance level at EN.I.CA.B was high, as the weighted average performance of workers was 3.819.
