Abstract EN

This current study is about the behavior of transformational leadership and its impact on the performance of local communities workers , in order to analyse the relation between the two factors since those institutions are the infrastructure of the nation .

the study were forty (40) employees in the municipality of taibet,ouargla.in addition to this we used the questionnaire to collect information and we chose the main hypothesis and the sub-hypothesis , using SPSS programme.

We finally a chieve results one of them is that there is a statistical relationship between the behaviors of the transformational leadership and the performance of employees in the municipality of taibet .
