Abstract EN

This study aims at highlighting the importance and contribution of training in the development of human resource competencies.

As an essential input for change, and to promote the performance of human resources through the acquisition of skills and competences that enable them to effectively perform their tasks, a questionnaire was designed and distributed on a random sample of 105 employees, they work in a set of some pharmaceutical SMEs in Blida, The results obtained showed that there is a high level of training and competencies among the workers.

In addition, there is a statistically significant positive relationship between training and human resources competencies.
