Abstract EN

The present study aims at explaining the reality of the electronic management within the company and the difficulties that have led to the non implementation in order to collect data and to classify them; we have used observation and the tool of data by sending a sample of 64 workers from different levels of management and analyzing those data through using different methods of analysis of descriptive statistics opting for programming statistical sets of the social sciences (statistical package for social sciences) SPSS V22 B in addition to the program EXCEL 2013.

The obtained results show that the company has infrastructures for technology of information and communication and control and different tools.

The study shows there is a lack of proper planning for the transfer into electronic management and the current organizing structures are not in harmony with the implementation.
