This study aims at identifying the impact of the innovation of the management of the human resources with the prospect of 61 workers belonging to 28 various Algerian companies.
The research concluded two important results: 1-Institutions suffer from a lack of process of innovation; 2-The most influential factors in the innovation at the level of companies: the use and the employment; the creative thought, to attract the talents, the evaluation, and the working conditions.

cette étude vise à identifier l'impact de l'innovation de la gestion du capital humain dans la perspective de 61 travailleurs appartenant à 28 différentes entreprises algériennes.
La recherche a conclu deux résultats importants: 1-les institutions souffrent d'un manque de processus d'innovation; 2-les facteurs les plus influents dans l'innovation au niveau des entreprises: l'utilisation et de l'emploi; la pensée créative, attirer les talents, l'évaluation, et les conditions de travail
