Since independence Algeria has shown its willingness to attract investment and foreign capitals, this is stated in the various laws relating to investment.
The aim of this article is to identify the main determinants of foreign investment and to assess the attractiveness policy in Algeria, and it is because of its importance at the national and international level that we have chosen FERTIAL as a case study of FDI from others existing in Algeria.

Depuis l’indépendance, l’Algérie a montré sa volonté d’attirer les investissements et les capitaux étrangers, ceci est affirmé dans les différentes lois, relatives à l’investissement.
A travers cette étude, on va présenter et analyser la politique d’attractivité d’investissement direct étranger en Algérie et les avantages fiscaux accordés, ainsi présenter le cas de l’entreprise « FERTIAL Annaba » en raison de son importance au niveau national et international.
