Abstract EN

The present research aims to measure the emotional intelligence of a sample of high stage students in the province of Baghdad on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa.

Management of emotion, motivation and dealing with social relations.

The current research sample consisted of (100) male and female students (50) from boys 'schools on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa and (50) female students from girls' schools on both sides of Karkh and Rusafa.

The current research as Pearson correlation coefficient and Alfa Kronbach equation to extract the stability of internal homogeneity and t-test for one sample and t-test for two independent samples.

The results indicated that the male sample does not differ from the female sample in emotional intelligence and the researcher came up with a number of recommendations and suggestions.
