Abstract EN

The current research works on exploring two variables, namely, psychological empowerment, psychological hardness and their relationship with each other in the educational counselors.

However, the results show that these variables seem clear in the sample and there is a correlational relationship between them.

In addition to that, this research aims at exploring the predictors of psychological hardness which contribute in psychological empowerment.

However, this is achieved through regression analysis.

Finally, the research has concluded with a conclusion and a number of recommendations and suggestions.
