Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify The Role Of Information Technology On The Efficient Administration Performance For Middle School Leaders In Al-Qassim Region From Their Perspective, of view in the light of the study variables ( years of experience, academic qualification, training courses) and the role of information technology in developing the efficiency of administrative performance.

Besides the detection of obstacles that limit their role in the development of efficient administrative performance.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the sample of the study was chosen in a simple random way according to the approved sampling schedule (Krejcie, R & Morgan, D1970).

the sample of the study consisted of (183) female leaders of schools in the region of Qassim, and the researcher used the questionnaire data collection tool.
