Learning disorders are one of the problems of the world, with their different cognitive and behavioral influences.

The current research objective was to detect learning disorders and to identify the relationship between learning disorders and achievement.

After the questionnaire was prepared by the researcher and applied it on students and the statistical analysis of the data, were made the research came out with a conclusions, recommendations and proposals as follow:, Preparing research study with students in the academic stages at the level of Iraq to study learning disorders and problems.

The role of the first grade teacher in the detection of learning disorders and the discovery of the pupils mental abilities..

Establishment of a scientific institution dealing with disorders of learning.

-Preparation of programs to educate people in the media about the seriousness of learning disorders
