Childhood is an essential stage of life for its great role in the present and future of the homelands because children have potential and enormous very much, they are hidden and require more creative efforts from the parties of the educational process to detect them in the early stages of their lives, because children make it easier for them to master a lot of skills to possess superior abilities in the learning process, as they can master what is available to them to high degrees without draining much energy to achieve this.

The society in which we live needs non-traditional thinkers but skilled people with skills that enable them to adapt to change and rapid cognitive development and contribute saline thinking to help children to carry out activities compatible with the experiences provided to them in order to reach new solutions and alternatives previously unknown and requires the investment of children's energies optimally and the right transformation in learning ways that teach them how to process information to produce creative knowledge andexperiences, and based on what the current research aims to know: -Thinking about the child from the point of view of the kindergarten teacher.

- The difference in smart thinking between the children of Riyadh government and civil society.

To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers prepared a scale (smart thinking for the child) and was presented to a group of experts and specialists in kindergarten and psychological and educational sciences to ascertain the validity of its paragraphs, and the stability of the scale (0.96) and the sample of the research consisted of (100) teachers selected in a simple random way.

1- Children have clever thinking.

2- There is no difference in smart thinking between riyadh's government and civil society children.
